Shipping Rules and Restrictions
We ship orders to Canada. Please add 7-10 days depending on location for shipping. Tax and Border Fees are receivers responsibility.
We're sorry, but our shipping prices for out of country orders are more due to location. Including International addresses, including Canada.
Sorry we do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands at this time.
We do ship orders to PO Boxes USPS. (Please add 2-4 days for shipment to be processed). UPS does not ship to PO Box address's.
Business Days: We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
AngeloGifts.com is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate
order for each unique address.

A To make a purchase with Angelo Gifts, you may use a VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and personal check or
money order. Debit cards with a VISA, or Master Card logo embossed on the front are also accepted. Personal checks may take up to
10 business days for processing through our third-party site, Paypal or mail.
Q Will I have to pay sales tax when shopping with Angelo Gifts?
A Angelo Gifts does business throughout the United States, and is not required by law to collect taxes for a e-commerce site. But the
laws changing , this might change.
*AngeloGifts home office is located in IL and is required to collect taxes for orders shipped within IL.

We at Angelo Gifts wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When ordering, please note the dimensions of the item(s)
you wish to purchase. Certain items may appear larger, or smaller than the photographs may depict. Large or heavy items may require
additional freight charges.
Damaged Goods
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY. IF LOSS OR
DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED SAVE YOUR CARTON! NOTIFY DELIVERY AGENT AT ONCE! (Carriers will not pay claims for freight
damage unless they can inspect the damaged carton.) ANY OTHER CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF
MERCHANDISE
CLAIMS
How Claims are handled is “dependent” on whether your merchandise is: 1) Lost in Transit 2) Damaged in Transit 3) Missing from
Order 4) Defective 5) Wrong Merchandise Sent 1) Lost in Transit: Contact AngeloGifts.com and a Tracer will be sent on your shipment.
2) Damaged in Transit: File Claim with carrier (most carriers requires a waiting period before they will accept a claim, please check
with carrier). 3) Missing from Order: Upon receipt of Order, if you find it incomplete, check invoice to see if you were billed for missing
item/items. Contact AngeloGifts.com and we will look into the problem. 4) Defective: Contact AngeloGifts.com and we replace the
merchandise. 5) Wrong Merchandise Sent: Contact AngeloGifts.com and we will have you return the item (we will reimburse you for
shipping cost) and quickly ship you the proper merchandise. If we cannot resolve the matter, full refund will be applied to you in form of
payment received at time order. All Refunds will be issued promptly after item is returned and processed. Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable
EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE
AngeloGifts.com will accept exchange merchandise less 15% for restocking if we are notified within 10 Days of receipt of Order and
Merchandise is unused. Any defective merchandise or errors on the part of AngeloGifts.com will be replaced without handling charges.
Restocking fee will also be charged to any unauthorized returns.

Due to cost fluctuations beyond our control, All Prices are Subject to Change Without Notice. We also reserve the right to make
changes in Policy Without Notice. However, we will make every effort to inform you of any changes in Price and/or Policy.
