When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Angelo
Gifts is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and
non-dated items up to 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
Please submit all return requests by email to email@example.com.
Items that are personalized may not be returned. Items postmarked after
the event date will not be accepted for return.
You will receive a
full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are
also subject to a 15% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible
for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original
condition and packaging. If merchandise return is damaged, used,
opened, or containing markings to the original packaging is considered
non-saleable and no refund will be issued. Unfortunately due to the fact
that some of our products are intended for a one time usage and many
items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on specific

Actual Shipping Costs:

Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is
defective, you must report the defect within 5 days of receipt of your
order. Angelo Gifts will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is
an error on the personalization that is the fault of Angelo Gifts, the
item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you
must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your
item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization
information Angelo Gifts received on your order, the item will not be
accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot
be replaced, a like item will be substituted.
Defective & Damaged Products:
If you receive any product from www.angelogifts.com or Angelo Gifts
affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during
shipment, Angelo Gifts will immediately exchange the unusable product
for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments:
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Angelo Gifts will be assessed a 15% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer
will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus
the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee.
Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Angelo Gifts error will be
reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Angelo
Gifts will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited,
and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be
contacted by email only.
Items returned without prior authorization by the Returns department may
be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be
contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until
the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on
non-returnable items may be disposed of. Angelo Gifts reserves the right
to deny any return.

Candles shipped cannot be returned.
Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each
product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for
every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall
effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not
always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited
by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast
settings on your monitor.
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org 30
days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name,
item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You
will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark
this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All
returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and
shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within
10 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 10 day window allows
ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country.
Items that have been issued an Return Authorization Code must be sent to:

Any packages sent to Angelo Gifts without the
RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (30) days
after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will
be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be
issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
